Working with natural products like Australian hardwoods can have challenges when displaying products online. Timber colours, grain patterns and features can vary throughout the year and each desktop is unique. We work with high-quality, premium timbre and do our best to show the products as they are, though your unique desktop may vary slightly from the images seen on our website.

Delays in Manufacture

WE ARE MINIMAL takes pride in meeting our estimated lead times for delivery of satisfactory product and providing realistic and achievable deadlines for order completion.

In the event that order production is delayed due to circumstances beyond WE ARE MINIMAL’S control (including but not limited to transit delays, production delays, equipment malfunction), the client shall remain liable for all amounts due under the contract upon the eventual delivery of product, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Clients are asked to provide ample additional time to allow for unforeseen circumstances.

Stock Availability and Order Acceptance

All products and orders are subject to stock and material availability.

The placement of an order through our website and receipt of an order confirmation or payment receipt does not constitute our final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to confirm product, material and component availability before accepting and fulfilling an order.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that stock availability and product information displayed on our website is accurate, stock levels may change without notice and errors may occasionally occur.

If, after an order has been placed, a product, material, component or finish is unavailable, we may contact you to offer:

  • an alternative product, material, colour or finish;

  • a revised estimated production or delivery timeframe; or

  • cancellation of the affected product or order and a refund of any amount paid for the unavailable product.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, has been discontinued, cannot reasonably be supplied, or where there has been an error in the product description, availability or pricing.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
